1. Where you ship to ? and how to ship ? 
For big volume orders, we suugest to ship by sea, it can be arrived to most of the trucking terminals in your area. If the weight of your order is not too much, we suggest you to ship by FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT or EMS directly to your office, as our forwarder has the cheapest discount Express freight for it. 

2. What is the approximate shipping time ?
Express mail service like UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL or EMS takes around 4-5 working days. Delivery by ocean freight takes about 3 to 4 weeks.

3. Will we have to establish a letter of credit for payment?
No, you do not have to. We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer. Normally 30% prepaid, the balance would be paid when goods are all ready before shipping.

4. How will we handle quality issues?
Should there be defects in materials and workmanship, we will refund you with replacements from next delivery. We are not responsible for consequential damages resulted from these defects.

5. How do you pack?
Most of our products are packed in corrugated cartons and then strapped to fumigated wooden pallets or steel pallets if you require.

6. Do you do private labeling?
Yes. We do Customized packaging according to your requirements, we may apply private labeling and bar coding to the products you order. We can imprint your product number, your logo onto the products and the packages.
