1.Could you send us your catalogues and the full price list?We can send you our catalog by Express or E-catalog by Email , but we suggest you visit our website to see the products online , as we'll always update it when we develop the items . For price list , please understand that we have so many different lines of products that makes us unable to provide you with a complete pricelist . please specify your interested items number , then we’d send you the our best and detailed quotations within 24 hours .
2. What's your requirements about the payment terms?
We accept payment by T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer ) or by West Union .
Paypal and Credit Card are not acceptable in our company .
3.If I place an order, how could I determine the lures colors ?
You can select the colors from our present lures color , or we can paint the colors according to your requirements by color samples or color pictures .
4. Do you do private labeling?
Yes. We may apply private labeling and bar coding to the products you order . We can imprint your product number, your logo onto the products and the packages .
5. How will we handle quality issues?
Should there be defects in materials and workmanship, we will refund you with replacements from next delivery. We are not responsible for consequential damages resulted from these defects.
6. Where you ship ?
For big volume orders, we ship by ocean freight to most of the trucking terminals in your area. If the weight of your order is not too much, we can ship by UPS, DHL, TNT etc.to your door directly. If you need , we can handle shipping for you at our side .
7. What is the approximate shipping time ?
Express mail service like UPS,DHL,TNT take around 4 working days. Delivery by ocean freight takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
8.How could I visit your factory?
You are welcome to visit our factory in Weihai at any time . The flight is very convienient between Beijing or Shanghai and Weihai. It will take about 1 hour from Beijing or Shanghai to Weihai by flight . Please let us know your flight no. and the ETA time, we could send a car to meet you at the airport and show you around our factory. |
